How do (IPM) Integrated Pest Management programs work?
Inspecting the site is essential to solving pest problems quickly and economically. The inspection will give our professionals an idea of the measures to use, the necessary safety precautions, and when the work will be complete.
Once the pest is found, our pest professionals identify it in order to proceed. Positive and accurate identification many times is needed to make a thorough evaluation of the problem and an appropriate recommendation for control.
Knowing the reasons that encourage pests presence in the site through inspection help us in successfully controlling the pests. Our professionals’ knowledge of the biology and habits of the pest will help in identifying the reasons for its presence.
Our pest treatment approach consists of 5 components:
(P.T) Primary Treatment:
The site is also cleared of insect eggs if any are found. Only specialized treatment products are used here.
(ST) Secondary Treatment:
This crucial visit is scheduled 15 days post the Primary Treatment. During it, the pre-established treatments are strengthened by adding additional ones but at lower rates and concentrations. Further measures are taken if necessary to fully eradicate the problem.
(V) Monthly Inspection and Follow-Up:
Periodically, Contra team checks the site to ensure that the problem does not resurface. In the event of any signs of pests returning, we take the necessary measures for prevention and to keep the site safe and healthy.
(C)Seasonal Treatment:
Seasonal treatments are designed to coincide with the times of year when pests are most active. We provide these services to all locations, and they are usually most essential for hotels and hospitals to ensure their consistent health and safety.
At the final stage, and after the treatments session, we monitor and follow up on the efficiency of the designed pest control program to guarantee to resolve the problem.
